“YES” programme

Supply Chain Partner is a proud supporter of the YES programme. YES (Youth Employment Service) aims to create one million work opportunities for unemployed black youth and transform their lives while helping to grow the businesses in which they are placed.

Participation requires businesses to sponsor unemployed youth for 12 months in a job, aiming to give an entire generation of youth the opportunity to gain work experience, transforming their lives, the businesses they help grow, and the economy of the entire country.

The CV noting their work experience and the reference letter candidates get at the end of their 12-month programme put them in a better position to secure another job if they don’t stay on the company.
